@KylieWaldon Hi Kylie, the beetle is P. m-fuscum. I think the larve look like they could be P. atomaria. The description of the eggs also fit P. atomaria, which confirms my thoughts about the larvae. Could you please post the larvae separately. The leaf beetle species page Ferns and Clubmosses & page 6, show examples of eggs, larvae and adults. If you message me with you email address I can send you a document I produced last year where I raised a number of larvae in an attempt to match up the beetles.
