Harder one for me, but looking at the shape of the abodmen and what can be seen of the wings, everything seems to be ruled out except for Pygmy Percher.

When I saw it, it was flitting around the bush beside the path, looking like it was either grabbing something from the stems or testing them as resting spots. It then swooped down and up a little closer to the main stem, and attached itself to the underside of a branch.
