Would have been great to have a more distant shot. Its a one-sided inflorescence, which rather restricts what it can be, so not Phleum. The only one that seems to fit the bill the best is Dactylis, but not entirely sure about the retrorse hairs
Sue - money spiders don't usually get much bigger than 3mm but they are responsible for most of the webs you see on a sunlit dewy paddock. I think there is a money spider at three o'clock in the web within your image. I think the relationship to the hole is incidental, but interested in what other spider moderators have to say.
