Definitely not W. communis, which has very narrow leaves alternating up the stem. The reason I think it might be W. multicaulis is that the out of focus flowers appear to have a very short tube and long lobes. W. stricta has a lobes less than 4 times the length of the tube. The close up of the flower does not show the tube, so it might be either of these.
