When disturbed this moth flew several erratic meters before crashing to a perch and lying doggo. Note the small stick poking into the body... the moth has not re-arranged itself once it has landed. The colours and relative dark and light in this image have been affected by strong direct sunlight, harsh shadows and attempts in post-processing to capture detail.
